The Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) aims to provide responsive and excellent service in the development and administration of effective human resource management thru implementation of rules and policies on recruitment, appointment and separation processes, personnel benefits, training, skills and professional development, rationalized manpower and staffing pattern, monitoring of Administrative and Research, Extension and Professional Staff (REPS) performance, and management of human resource records and database system.
Achieve excellence in administrative support service to the University pertaining to human resource.
